Birds of Paradise

Bird of paradise plant.

This variety of Bird of Paradise is commonly seen in gardens and landscaped places where we are. These flowers give a burst of colors to a usually green environment.

These are great accents to floral arrangements too.

Lovely yes, but these plants can be uncontrollable because these multiply fast and will occupy a big space when not given enough attention.

We used to have these flowering plants in the yard of my lolo’s old house – in pink, purple, yellow, orange varieties.
