27/365: Reading a Book

Day27

Learning how to read three-letter words with -UG ending sound.

Teaching children how to read is a daunting task, more so if the child(ren) has learning problems.

Patience and knowing how to deal with their condition are not just plus factors in teaching these children. These also good character traits that will help make the teacher a better person.

Agree with you there Julie. Unfortunately though, we normally apply the same techniques used to us when we were younger. (the ones we thought worked on us whether done playfully or with discipline)

dati kasi parang sight reading like you have to memorize words but now approach to reading has changed. although ako, i still subscribe to the routine drills na paulit-ulit but using phonetics tsaka as much as possibe, interactive para mas masaya :) reading is not limited to books, pati print ads sige lang :)

thanks for dropping by, janette :)
