Huh? No traffic on a weekday?

Rare is a day that EDSA, the metro’s main thoroughfare is without traffic. So there, yey!

BUT! When we came down this flyover, there were lots of vehicles slowly trudging their way to wherever they will go. Sigh. Sometimes, there is just no room to manuever even for motorcycles.
