Break the Monotony

#PixiePixelStories #PixelStories

Break the monotony: Are you tired of your daily routine and want to break the monotony before you become something akin to a clockwork?

It is good to once in a while get out of your comfort zone, try things that you haven’t tried yet (be safety conscious though), tick off items in your bucket list by actually making these come true and seek joy where it is usually not found.

These little pockets of adventures will add fuel to your monotonous existence and will make you look forward to the next one.

Sand dollar

Sand dollars have different colors. These live in shallow waters. When they are not submerged in water, sand dollars dry and turn to silvery-white. These are fragile and easily break. When you see sand dollars on the shore away from the waters, put these back so that they won’t dry.

Early Morning Light

Round plants

Early morning light from the sun, here we are the university church where my eldest daughter studies. It is a rare day indeed that we are up and about before sunrise, and on a Sunday at that.

Do you love mornings? I do! I wake up early to prepare the things needed for the day. I love waking up to the sound of chirping birds outside our windows. I like how the early morning rays play through the screen at the back part of the house where we can see the sun rise. Don’t you just love puttering in the house when everyone is still asleep?

Skinny Dipping ebook

Last week’s book was Connie Brockway’s “Skinny Dipping”. It was a fun read with unconventional and eccentric lead characters in wonderful setting in Fowl Lake, Minnesota. I love Connie’s historical romance and in my other e-reader, I will be reading another one of her works entitled “The Songbird’s Seduction”

Brownies and coffee (here with a little milk) is also featured in my other IG account with the current ebook that I’m reading.
