It was the son’s third time to go camping while it was the little girl’s first time to sleep in a tent outdoors.They each had their own sleeping bag, blanket, pillow, not-so-thick jacket and socks to ward off the cold. It wasn’t that cold according to them. Good thing they didn’t bring north face jackets.

Having recovered from two days of low-grade fever, it surely was a welcome relief for the girl to spend time outdoors except we were worried sick ourselves she might have a relapse and thank goodness she didn’t.

I’m guessing we will be having more of these in the years to come.

This is by far the dental clinic that the children love and one they go back to again and again. We’ve been dental clinic shopping several years ago but three of these that we went to are very expensive. This one is less expensive than the three others but gives better service. I’m sure they get discount dental supplies.

The owners are friendly and that definitely is a plus point. In here the children have had oral prophylaxis, tooth extractions and tooth fillings done.

Oh, did I say they clinic sends old fashioned Christmas card via snail mail? Does your dental clinic do that?

There are times when we should take deep breaths and learn how to relax and keep the stresses at bay.

Speaking of being relaxed, I’ve heard in the news to look out for massage therapists who are not licensed because they ma do more harm than good. These spa and relaxation centers are becoming a dime-in-a-dozen with new ones sprouting here and there. These offer unique relaxation packages using seaweed wraps, chocolates, dead sea salt, coconut extracts and other things you wouldn’t thought will be available to apply on the skin.

If we try to have these stop-and-smell-the-flowers moments, perhaps we wouldn’t need to pay for these services in order to relax. This reminds me by the way, I still have to avail my body massage vouchers which should be used by November 8th
