With a sky like this bursting with a lovely hue (ok, I admit, I’m no fan of orange but hey this is the sky so I guess this is good with me), who wouldn’t want to reach out and “touch the sky”?

Who doesn’t love to take sunset photos?

I do love looking at sunset when I am home, even if the view is a bit obscured by wires and unsightly tall homes left  unfinished (not included in the photo), I am thankful we can see the wonderful hues from the picture window.

The children appreciate the view too

We went to two factories and bought bags and bags of baked bread, cookies and noodles for snacks.

The highlight of the trip was to Nuvali which we explored by koi fish feeding, walking, riding a boat and hiking. Fun is an understatement.

The tour organizers discussed the importance of taking care of the environment, sustainable and green community.

Joining contests is a way for children to build up on their confidence and self-worth. It is also important to let them understand that there is a possibility that they will not be able to win and be able to accept losing.

They should also know that in every endeavor, they should be able to give their best and that we, are there to support them.

I don’t really remember if the rains poured on this day (I edited the date of this post, LOL) but dark heavy clouds are a welcome sight to some of us who wanted to have a break from the sun’s piercing heat.

During weather situations like these however, the temperature feels hotter, more humid and the skin has a sticky feel to it. Ewww…
