We started for work early but this greeted us, along with hundreds of people stuck with the super heavy traffic.

We had to go back home because if we stayed where we were, it would take us a looong time to reach our destination. Didn’t go to work this day.

There is a number coding scheme in effect and we can only go out on the road from 10am to 3pm every Tuesday but this doesn’t seem to curb the traffic.

For me, road discipline and stopping illegal (colorum) public utility vehicles from plying this route will diminish traffic blues.
