A new day is here.
Early morning photo of the sky, taken during December 29,2012 at my parents’ place as I get ready to go to my aunt’s home for our school’s Grand Alumni Homecoming.
I love looking at our “Winter” Tree.
In fact I have featured said tree ( we have three of these) in “A Bird on our Winter Tree” and “Barely There Leaves“
While I waited for the eldest daughter to finish with her extra curricular activities, I took this photo.
I had a great time chatting with my two younger children at the school’s park amidst the chatter and laughter of the varsity players. We talked about a lot of things: what they did, where I went and what my students and I did. We also talked about their homework, projects and even how they want to spend summer vacation and how they want to spend the summer days swimming everyday.
Talk about thinking in advance, lol.
After some time, we delighted in the display of colors of the sunset sky and we captured this:
It was a wonderful way to end a rather busy and tiring day.
I love taking photos of the sky, the clouds, the sunset and the moon.
I never really realized how much I miss the white fluffy clouds and the blue sky until we had almost a fortnight (or maybe am exaggerating) of rains.
So the first thing I did when the sun was barely coming out behind the clouds was to take photos. And this one was it.
hope we have seen the worst regarding rains and flood for this year.
