We chanced upon someone cleaning his car in front of my mother-in-law’s home in the morning of this day. He threw away scraps of crumpled paper on the street. When he was about to go, I called his attention and asked if he will not clean the papers away because these are his anyway and not from the house.

He did get those crumpled paper after I asked him to. I wonder if I didn’t ask him to, would he do it?
