A simple Chao Fan for dinner.

The kids are not too keen in having dinner or supper probably because of the heat. So I have to be a bit creative in presenting their food.

Chao Fan, garlic fried rice with frozen vegetable mix: green peas, corn bits, and carrot bits. I made scrambled egg and cut these into tiny pieces to mix into the fried rice.

We had this with pan-fried Bangus (milkfish) back fillet.
