Home-made Tiramisu
Ingredients for this home-made Tiramisu:
- lady fingers or broas dipped in coffee (just have the broas “touch” the coffee and do not immerse for the broas will crumble)
- Mix all-purpose cream and condensed milk (for this, I have 2 mixes done, with a big can of condensed milk for two bricks of all-purpose cream so that the cream does not taste too sweet), slightly cooled to make the mix a bit solid
- Layer the broas and cream alternately.
- Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
- Freeze before serving.
No mascarpone cheese for this Tiramisu dessert, we make do with what we have 😀
The kids wanted a more chocolate-y flavor so I decided to drizzle their portions with Hershey’s Dark Chocolate Syrup.
