August 3: Fishing
Fishing is NOT for the impatient. Fishing during a field trip.
My youngest child was patient enough to wait for the fish to bite the hook where a worm was attached. Her efforts were rewarded when a fish finally bit the hook after a few minutes. We had to ask our guides to remove the fish pronto! so that we could take it back to the water.
That and the daughter was already freaking out, seeing a live fish hooked and flailing itself to be free from the hook.
