Walking Path

I love walking especially on walking paths and trails. I have yet to test my new pair of shoes because I haven’t used it more than twice yet, especially for long distance walking.

Walking Path

Walking is one of the more inexpensive exercise. This should be encouraged in residential areas and I’m am sure moms and dads with baby jogger strollers will definitely welcome the idea of having walking paths where they live.I know I do, so we won’t have to travel somewhere else just to have a good place to walk.

And yes, more often than not, travel time becomes the excuse to not go at all.

Jan12: Tree-Lined Street

jan12

Jan12, 2012. It was not a really long and busy day today but both the hubby and I agreed we feel more tired than usual. Still there are many things to be grateful for today like…

* an order of 50% sugar and less ice pearl milktea ;-)

* being able to go home early and without difficulties

* a possible good role for the son for their drama club’s play in March

* the eldest child selected to dance the Cotillion for their prom (mygaz i still cant believe it. The prom!)

* trees that are still here giving shade and making the world look nicer. (if only SM in Baguio City will respect the trees there then it would even be nicer)

I still have some tasks to do and after that Sherlock’s The Hounds of Baskerville can finally be watched. I hope I will finish this and not sleep on it like last night.

I hope I can dream about how good it will be in 2050 :)

By the Beach

Would you like to wed by the beach? If you are already married, would you like to renew your marriage vows as the sun is about to set, casting a warm glow where you and your loved one are standing before thee people who matter most to you?

I am sure, a lot of women out there have this as a perfect wedding setting. While they are walking down the red carpet on powdery soft white sand wearing  their shiny emerald engagement rings, their best smiles and gowns that highlight the intense workouts before the big day, they would forever cherish these wonderful moments.

Beach

Yes, married life can be like a fairytale especially if both the man and the woman are ready.

Wait till the babies come though, LOL.

Drizzles

I love it when it drizzles. If, however, the drizzling becomes stronger, that is another story.

Drizzles

When we took a scenic mountaintop road trip a few weeks ago, it was slightly drizzling. It was no surprise to see the highway devoid of vehicles with bike racks on the roofs.

This road is a favorite of bikers and motorcycle riders. It is also one of the highways used for music videos, photos shoot for cars and even tv ads with road trips scenes.

We’ve been to this place several times but we never seem to get tired of going there.

Rainy Field Trip

Rain could be fun or not, depending on what you are doing and where you are. In this case, the rains came when the 3rd graders on a field trip were walking to where the animals can be seen in a zoo. They did enjoy walking in the drizzle all right but there was this bit of worry that they will get sick.

After the rains, they got to feed fish in a man-made lagoon.

Rainy Field Trip

It used to be that rains especially drizzles are something we look forward to especially when we are able to take beautiful photos like this yellow flower and this orange flower both taken from this particular field trip.  I still do look forward to  and welcome drizzles except when it does, MegaManila becomes one big parking lot. Ugh.

Glad my daughter didn’t get sick when it rained during this field trip.

Please take time to listen to a music video of “Kiss the Rain” by Yiruma currently one of my favorites:
