Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, cheese cubes and olives, my own simple version of a Greek Salad. I may not have the other ingredients for it to qualify as one but the presence of the sliced black olives makes me think this could pass for one.

I often prepare my own vegetable salad like I have stated here. Not only home-prepared salads are inexpensive, you know too that the greens have been washed thoroughly 🙂
