It’s that time of the year when people start writing down wish lists. For some wish lists have been written already and they have started ticking the items off because Christmas shopping has started.
My children don’t ask for extravagant gifts. We are a no-frills family when it comes to gifting because the kids tell us what they like and these are usually well within the budget.
For some, the usual wish list includes:
- gadgets (these are always the top choices)
- clothes like mens graphic t shirts, special caps/hats, a new wardrobe
- footwear
- jewelry
- home appliances/furniture
I remember our very own Frugal Christmas made up of Christmas tree decorations, gift tags, bargain books. Yes, we’re doing this again.
