This is a part of Eton Centris Walk where they have those big umbrella-like structures that change colors every so often. It is but proper to take photos of these things when the background is almost black to see the play of colors.

Centris Walk

This photo was taken last year but we have been here just last week, Tuesday to be exact, and the kids enjoyed playing in the playground because they were the only ones there.

I remember saying “Eton Centris Station” and my younger daughter (she’s 8yo) corrected me saying “This is Eton Centris Walk and the Station is the mall with the supermarket”.

Ok then, 😀

We put up the Christmas tree today:

Still using the same decorations: red ribbons, family photos, paper stockings, angels and lights.

Nov16: Playing with Lights

Location: curbside of the road, waiting for the hubby to finish doing an errand.

The kids and I decided to tinker with the camera’s manual setting and play with the lights from the vehicles on this busy street. A few years ago, this busy street was dark, full of tall grass and unpaved.

How time flies, especially with development that seem to be taking advantage of every available space in the metro.

May 3: Night Time

Night time front of the house view.

may3 Night Time

It looks a bit peaceful, save for that vehicle that passed. That is not always the case by the way. There ar nights when the night owls prowl, heckling and acting like they own the place when in fact, they live illegally beside the river.

We worry about our security of course. The local government unit’s tanods can’t be trusted to stop the bits of mayhem that happen from time to time. Why? The people they have to tell to keep quiet are their neighbor’s sons, godsons and even relatives.
