Today’s Breakfast

This was this morning’s breakfast: pancakes with peanut butter and blueberry preserves, brewed coffee and orange slices. Perfect way to start the week right, right?

Breakfast

I used small plates for the pancakes to stop myself from piling up the pancakes one on top of the other 😉

One of the children even joked that I should use food portion plates to make sure I don’t have more than I have too, lol.

I just might do that one day, to know if we are all having the correct healthy portions to maximize the nutrition from the food we eat.

From a small chapel, this big church has risen to accommodate more parishioners. My MIL loves it there.

Night Time at a Country Home

I could stay here for days, even weeks ( as long as my family is with me and we have internet connection, haha). I love the ambience of this country home .

Country house at night

The mosquitoes are a vicious lot and these are bigger than the ones we see flying at home.

Am sure frogs will go a-croaking when the rains come.

I wouldn’t mind these if only to have a brief respite from our neighborhood which is getting worse day after day.

Nope, this photo below is not fake nor it is a part of a visual reporting dossier.

Floating balls

These are in fact floating plastic balls in a swimming pool. Yep, photo looks fake.

Photo first posted here.

These floating balls were used during a weekend family outing we had to celebrate the second birthday of the youngest member of the family. These plastic balls provided a lot of fun to the kids, who resorted to playing catch and just plain annoying other by hitting them like snowballs.

I don’t think they brought these balls back home. I think not.
