I love staying on the second-level rooftop in my MIL’s home where i can see the sunset and its lovely play of colors in the sky. See the trees on the lower side of the photo? That’s how high I am. Well, except for that super tall palm tree which is higher above everything else. I got trees photos here.

We were there earlier and I took photos of the kids and their cousins.

A traffic officer seeking a bit of respite from high noon heat.
I can’t imagine how uncomfortable and hot it is to wear that uniform much more than wear it the whole day. Outdoors. Directing traffic. Calling the attention of motorists who err. But as some people would probably say, someone’s gotta do it.
